Hi-jacking the pole!

My friend was recently contacted by a new bar in our area, they've just installed a brand new 40mm spinning pole and invited us down to play on it! Needless to say it was great fun! It could have done with being just a touch tighter though as it was INCREDIBLY spinny.

Everyone had a fantastic time, we had our own security guards and most people were very interested in what we had to say about pole fitness! I do have a scabby knee though from their carpeted floor :( (Sorry, it's gross - I know!)
